Not usually: Tumors with out treatment will not go away, but how ever in very very rare instances spontaneous regression is reported , should not be used as an excuse not to treat

Yes but it is very r: Very rarely it has happened. But it is so rare that it is not worth the risk of waiting for it to happen.
