Possibly nothing: These are early signs of articular changes or incidental x-ray findings. Arthritis can be divided into degenerative & inflammatory. There is a female predominance to both categories. Since you are only 24 there is a low likelihood this is degenerative. A good exam by your hand surgeon and assessment of clinical status. These may be ancillary findings on x-ray. Treat the patient not the x-ray.

Wrist pathology: A 0.5 cm cyst by itself has no particular significance. Likewise for the mild degenerative changes. What needs to be evaluated is the clinical context for these findings i.E what are the symptoms? That would be the basis for evaluating treatment options.
