Common : Just before each menstrual cycle women have a drop in immune function and often a craving for sweets which increases the risk of yeast infections. One can use topical anti-fungals but using coconut oil, olive oil, and spices like thyme, oregano, and rosemary orally are also anti-fungal . Taking probiotics orally helps as well.
