Yeast infections: If you are sure it is a yeast infection you can begin treating it with an over -the - counter medication. The pharmacist at your local drug store can provide you with suggestions. Yeast infections are not uncommon and hormone changes can impact them. Take care.

Common : Just before each menstrual cycle women have a drop in immune function and often a craving for sweets which increases the risk of yeast infections. One can use topical anti-fungals but using coconut oil, olive oil, and spices like thyme, oregano, and rosemary orally are also anti-fungal . Taking probiotics orally helps as well.
