What could be causing tingling in my upper legs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

? Latent Diabetes: In the absence of a better history and examination the possibilities include overt or latent diabetes with neuropathy; lumbar radiculopathy ( pinched nerves in the lumbar spine); during initial few days of herpes zoster ( shingles) and some drugs like topamax (topiramate) which is used for migraines or seizures.
