Lumbar radiculopathy: or lumbar disc/nerve root irritation or compression. Get seen adap. You may need nerve conduction studueus and an MRI of your lumbar spine.

Leg or thigh: If the tingling is in the thigh I would go with the lumbar radiculopathy, if the tingling is in the lower leg (aka leg) then it may be due to nerve compression at the level of the popliteal fossa which is directly behind the knee.
