Dry eyes: The eye cleans itself out by tear flow from the outside to the inner corner, carrying debris with it and exiting by a plumbing system into the nose. If there is a lack of tears, then the debris collects on the inside corner. You can lower the level of this by using lubricating eye drops and consider also that you might be in environments with debris in the air getting into the eyes.
