Period started 6/25 bleed until 6/29 (normal/ heavy), on 7/8 started bleeding with some clots again lasted until 7/12. what could be wrong?

Could be: Many things can irregular bleeding. Pregnancy, hormone imbalances, ovarian cysts, thyroid hormone problems, polyps of the uterus or cervix, infections (std's), uterine fibroids, sometimes even new medications are some possible causes. Unfortunately, it would require a visit to doctor, and possibly labs and sonogram to determine the exact cause.
