Possible miscarriage: Cramping and bleeding after your period in a 31 Y.O. Female may be due to a miscarriage. You need to see your family doctor for an eval and ultrasound. You may need to visit your ob/gyn for a dilation/curettage to remove any baby parts that were not spontaneously ejected.
