Hydrate: If you can't get to a doctor continue to swallow some fluid to maintain adequate urine output. If you are unable to produce significant urine you must receive intravenous fluids to protect your kidneys and general health. In any case, see if you can at least take a photo of the rash so it can be identified at a later time. For more detailed instructions call your doc.
