Fluid: Stay out of the sun if possible. Drink enough fluid to produce good urine output. Take naps if you can. If you must work, move slowly and keep a bottle of water by your side. If you get dizzy from the heat use ice packs under your arms and around the back of your neck. Consider going to an emergency room if it gets really bad.
