What kind of pills or treatment can somebody get for bloating?

Bloating and PMS: If the symptom of bloating occurs in the setting of pms(premenstrual syndrome), adding a magnesium supplement may provide some relief. Alternatively, taking an oral contraceptive pill that prevents ovulation may be helpful as well. The efficacy of diuretics is unclear. Also, one could consider the possibility of a functional bowel disorder i.e., ibs.

Simethicone: Bloating is often related to specific foods. Avoiding those will help, but there are a number of over the counter medications available for bloating due to gas. Almost all contain simethicone. If you have avoided gassy foods and your symptoms persist you should see you doctor for evaluation to rule out bowel disease.
