Simethicone: Bloating is often related to specific foods. Avoiding those will help, but there are a number of over the counter medications available for bloating due to gas. Almost all contain simethicone. If you have avoided gassy foods and your symptoms persist you should see you doctor for evaluation to rule out bowel disease.
