Stone perhaps: Even after removal of the gallbladder a patient may have a stone in their bile ducts that cause crampy or dull pain. These will not be seen well with a noncontrast ct scan. Consider getting an ultrasound of your abdomen and see how large your common bile duct is.

Gallbladder?: This may still be a gallbladder issue. Have you had a hida scan? If not, may be helpful.
