Keep you nose moist: Most nose bleeds are from the anterior septum (the wall between the 2 sides of the nose). When this area dries, the blood vessels can become fragile or scabs can form. Use nasal saline sprays 3-4 times a day and place ointment in the front of the nose 2 times a day. Remember not to remove any scabs that may form on the septum.
