I have eczema and recurrent boils. i have used macropen 500 3 times a day for 7 days then a week without, then back on for 10days and now 5 days off but i still have boils and new ones forming on scalp, body, buttocks and legs. how serious is this?

Worrisome: It is likely you are colonized by invasive staph germs that often take refuge in your nasal passages. The eczema makes you more prone to skin infection. The macropen is not what I consider adequate treatment for such a germ & did not help here. This is likely to continue until you seek & use an effective antibiotic. Daily baths with a cup of bleach in the water can reduce the skins germ load.
