Texidor's?: If this is a sharp, transient pain that is worse when you breathe in and is relieved by inflating your lungs as full as you can, it's the familiar "stitch", now called "texidor's twinge" or "precordial catch". If not, and if your physician is satisfied it's chest wall pain, and there's no other heart / lung type stuff, don't worry.

Have it evaluated: A person with chest pain needs to be evaluated and treated appropriately. Multiple possible causes may be: heart attack, esophageal reflux, anxiety, musculoskeletal, pneumonia, pulmonary embolus, and aortic dissection. Have it evaluated right away to prevent potential serious complications.
