I've been having stomach pains and the er told me i have gastritis. what specific foods are good to eat and what food should i avoid?

Need to determine: Cause. Gastritis can be due to many causes, like helicobacter infection, Aspirin and other drugs, vascular problems, alcohol intake etc. Please see your doctor for an evaluation and treat the cause.
