Painful Sores: Any painful sore needs to be evaluated in person by your physician. There is very little to nothing that could be showing up from an oral sexual encounter acutely, unless you were bitten or the skin was torn in some manner. Painful sores from sex are often herpes. Other skin infections that are painful are often staph bacterial infections. Please go see your doctor.
