Weight loss: I cannot answer this question effectively because i don't know how many calories you spend in a day. If you spend less than 1200 kal/day, then you may end up gaining. If you spend more than that, then you will continue in the weight loss mode. Overall, i don't find this approach of starvation diets to be helpful, but this is beyond the scope of this question.
