Bowel?: If i understand your question correctly: you had an appointment with an ob/gyn but they told you, you weren't pregnant, but you are having symptoms of pregnancy. If you aren't pregnant, your symptoms are most likely gastrointestinal, ovarian or uterine. Bloating and cramping from the bowel can feel like bloating of pregnancy. If you are unhappy, consider asking your doctor for an ultrasound.
