What do you recommend for vascular insufficiency?

PVD: It depends on overall physical health, mobility. If severe arterial insufficiency -may need vascular surgery (bypass venous graft) to salvage limb or amputation. Ambulation (walking)is always good if healthy enough. Work w pcp cardiologist vascular surgeon physical therapist.
