Female Anatomy: I encourage my female patients to get empowered and to know all they can about their bodies. I often have them start with the manual, "our bodies our selves". You menstruate because you have ovaries. Tubes are only the conduit to the uterus for a 'fertilized' egg from the ovary after ovulation and impregnation. This is pretty basic information. Please take some time to know your body.
