I've had my tubes reversed and they blocked up, i've done ivf and still not prg, what would you suggest?

Other causes: You need to have a thorough evaluation to look for other causes of infertility. Having gone through ivf it is likely that you had a full evaluation prior to treatment. Also keep in mind that pregnancy with ivf is not 100%. Your age plays a role in determining success among other things. As long as you responded well to the meds and have good quality embryos, then you can try again. Best wishes.
