Fibromyalgia: Fatigue, back pain, scoliosis, ; headache in young female suggests #fibromyalgia. Scoliosis can evoke tilted shoulder girdle, chronic cervical muscle stress leading to daily muscle tension headache. Sleep interrupted by chronic pain evokes daytime fatigue ;, over time, depression. Young females with this symptom constellation should study joint hypermobility syndrome, which can be primary problem.
