Maybe a sinus HA: If you have a frontal headache it may be related to allergies, sinuses, or weather. Tension headaches are usually in the back of the head. Try pressing in the area it hurts for relief and consider seeing your doctor for a possible work up regarding your sinuses. To decrease pressure using the nasal lavage can be helpful.
