What are you eating?: See if specific foods are triggers such as chocolate, corn, fried foods, dairy, fatty food, potato chips, creamy or oily dressings, marbled sirloin, high fat bakery items, raw onions, tomatoes & potatoes. Orange, cranberry or grapefruit juice & lemons or lemonade can be problematic.
