Tamoxifen side effec: I am not sure whether your question is about what side effects you may expect with taking tamoxifen past 5 years or just general side effects of it. Its general side effects (you probably know those) - increase in hot flashes, vaginal dryness, risk of endometrial cancer and endometrial changes, risk of blood clots, risk of cataracts. Past 5 years, uterine cancer risk remains elevated.
