See Specialist!: It sounds like there may be an infectious process starting with tenderness, discoloration and discharge. Check your temperature and if it is abnormally increased you should be seen and treated clinically as soon as possible.

Abscess: Sounds like an abscess. See your local Podiatrist to treat the abscess. An Abscess is an infection under the skin. They need to be gently incised and drained. You might need to be put on an antibiotic. Delay of treatment could result in the infection getting worse and spreading.
