Gain muscle/ lose ft: As life would have it, there are only two ways to change your body fat percentage. You either put on lean muscle or loose fat. Your bony structures & organs will remain the same & don't factor in. Doing workouts that focus on burning body fat can help, but this issue is most often helped more by better dietary choices. Rapid weight loss will often sacrifice muscle mass in the process.
