Any time i am outside even when i wear sunblock i break out in a itchy red rash. what could be wrong?

Allergic to sunblock: Certain ingredients in some sunblock can sensitize the skin after being activated by sun exposure. This appears to be ironic . Try avoiding sunblock with paba and see if this helps your problem. Otherwise you will have to experiment with sunblock with different ingredients. As a last resort, using sunblock containing only zinc or titanium oxide.
