Way easier w/ help: Please try to trust - it's confidential. See a psychotherapist to help decide if medication is needed or if therapy strategies might be adequate. See a physician to rule out diseases. Consider overall life-style & events that may be involved. Some people can resolve problems on their own, or with spiritual or coaching help. A few sessions in therapy may help you design a good private plan.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
