How precise is hiv test after 9 weeks ?

Hiv: Hiv-elisa test is not useful within 6 months after exposure. During this time 'hiv-pcr viral load' will be the right test. After 6 months, first hiv-elisa, if positive , then followed with 'westen blot' test to confirm the diagnosis.
