Bleeding: Abnormal bleeding, usually heavy and /or irregular is the most common symptom of fibroids. However, pain , pelvic pressure or lower abdominal mass can occur as well.

Nothing: Most people that have fibroids have no symptoms and may not even know they have them. Patients that are symptomatic usually have a change in there bleeding--usually heavier and longer or an increase in pain.
