Symptoms of fibroids more like pressure?

Yes: Large growing fibroids will produce pressure on the bladder and rectum and push the intestines upward giving a sense of "fullness". There is also pain and bleeding between the cycles and/or very heavy bleeding that is bright red with the menstrual cycle.
