Fecal impaction: Not being able to devecate (poop). Also, pain with defaction. Possibly some blood in the stool as well.

Several: A fullness or pressure deep in pelvis, unable to pass stool or gas, seepage of liquid feces around the impaction, abdominal distention, nausea, if impaced seek medical attention promptly.
