I've had a kidney infection for two weeks and the antibiotics that i have been on ain't helping what should i do?

? Wrong antibiotic: Dr should have sent urine sampple for culture. Sensitivity results should be available after 48 hours bacterial incubation. Check with your dr. U need repeat urinalysis + culture & sensitivity test & start an effective antibiotic. Unless your symptoms are related to kidney stone or blockage, in which case consultation with a urologist should be considered.

See your DR!!!: Kidney infections are never simple. There is always a predisposing factor which must be identified. There may be a mistaken diagnosis. There may be bacteria resistant to your antibiotic. There may be a stone, a cyst, an obstruction, etc.
