What to tell me about a body cleansing?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ineffective: This is a mantra among non-md "health practitioners" like naturopaths that the body has accumulated toxins which their regimens can correct. The body is in fact magnificent at cleaning itself out and there is not objective evidence, and no clinical studies, that "detoxification" has any value. Don't waste your money. If you are feeling ill, there may be a cause, but it is not toxins.
