Info on good foods!: The internet is full of great sources for healthy eating but it is also full of sources that provide misleading information. Healhful foods: Nothing stops aging, but a healthy diet can slow aging & an unhealthy diet accelerates aging. The foods considered best for this are organic fruits & veggies, spices, nuts, seeds & healthy protein sources. Just as important is avoiding foods that accelerate aging, esp. sugars, processed grains & fried foods. I'd choose organic foods when possible, esp. if you eat meats, dairy & eggs. See comment:
