Why not....: There are a lot of great resources to learn more about your ocd. One to look into is.. " cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety." but, a more important question is why would you want to get through ocd without therapy. People who engage in a therapy process are more likely to experience relief from symptoms significantly faster than on your own. Therapy can be very helpful.
