Affirming therapy: Struggles related to our identities can be extremely difficult. I highly recommend seeking out a psychologist who specializes with lgbtq populations and offers an identity affirming space where you can learn to address your struggles. You can absolutely live a life in which you celebrate and are proud of different aspects of your identity including your sexual orientation. All the best!
