How could i get help for depression?

See below: You might want to start with your primary care provider to find out if there are medical reasons for your depression. You can ask your primary care provider for a referral to psychiatrist and/or psychologist. You can call your insurance company or go on their website to find providers in your area, or you can call your local health department for the info. There are options. Good luck!
