Breathe: There is help for eating disorders. Gaining "a lot of weight" is subjective. You need to be getting help in order to safely take care of yourself. It takes time to figure out what the best approach to eating is for you. If you're freaking out to the max you might be able to benefit from yoga and/or meditation. Get support and take care of yourself. Best wishes.
