Most rapid changes in total wt are thus water, not muscle, fat, bone, etc. We are constantly tearing down body & need food not just for energy but for materials to rebuild our body. No human has ever made a single atom. We just collect, move them around & count them. Weigh am daily, nothing on, to 0.1 lb, record, track wt & what your take in.
