Well, you know the : Saying that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. If you have health concerns you can express these & offer to support the person by fixing healthy meals together, walking together etc. One of the best things you can do is to model healthy behavior. So, encourage you to get at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day, to eat at least 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit/ day.
