Takes time: Regaining weight after severe anorexia can take quite some time to redistribute and "look normal" - in fact, i personally felt i looked like a fat-bodied "bug" for several years, but I have fully recovered. But yes, there is a prolonged time of odd weight distribution your doctor won't want to discuss, but is normal!
