Pleaase Move on: Many people overeat. I understand and do so as well. One thing I have learned is that it is done, leave it in the past and the next meal and the next day is a fresh opportunity to apply good choices. While you can't take back what you have done, you can work on the future performance. Try to make future habits good ones, and remember no one is perfect and you are not alone.

See below: Do you always feel guilty if you eat? At this point, you already ate, when you feel calmer, go back and look at things that "provoked' you to eat: was it stress, or something else, were you at the party? Environmental cues might influence how and when we eat. If your eating habits become a problem, keep a food diary-it will help you keep track of triggers.
