Leg redness: Grocery store....Depends, what is the cause of the leg redness.. And, that is the most important question "what is the cause"... Leg redness can be a rash, or cellulitis ( an infection, serious ) or some other issue. I would say see your family doctor or a medical clinic and have them look at it.
