A member asked:

I got an ultrasound on cd18 due to bleeding.results=endo 13mm, many small follicles (4-6mm). confused... what does this mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably normal: The endometrium can normally be up to about 16 mm premenopausal females, especially in the secretory phase which is when your exam was done. It is also normal to have multiple small follicles. The imaging findings alone are not concerning. However, if you have abnormal bleeding or pain then see a gynecologist who determine next best step to find cause.
