A member asked:

I have reactive hypoglycemia. last night i woke up in drenched sweat and palpitations. what could i do to prevent this i'm scared to sleep tonight.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hypoglycemia: When you say reactive hypoglycemia, i hope you realize that means that your sugar drops as a reaction to something. If you know what your sugar level reacts to, then try to avoid the cause of your sugar drop. If your sugar tends to drop at night, you may consider a good caloric meal before bedtime, but again, looking for underlying cause will be more rewarding in treatment of it.
