While nothing: Is 100%, if the u/s saw a penis and scrotum, only a very masculinized vulva could mimic. It sounds like he/she OB is certain that your fetus has male gender. You will know for sure after birth. What is the rush? Curiosity and satisfaction have a price, and this isn't worth it.
