Eye Inflammation: Inflammation of the eye is a very non-specific description. If the inflammation is on the surface (such as from pink eye or allergies) then this is usually mild and can often be treated with otc drops. Conversely, if there is swelling inside the eye, then this can be more significant and may need more aggressive treatment with prescription medications.
